How to book.
Dates are held first come, first served, and only with a deposit. We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed.

Tell us about your event
Date, venue and approximate number of guests or attendees. We'll put together a proposal with the service or combination that works best.

Book with 50%
Your date is reserved with the deposit. The balance is due no later than one week before the event.

Custom design
From your invitation, logo or colors we send one or two design options. We need your materials at least 10 days ahead.

Event day
We set up ahead of time and run everything from start to finish. Your digital gallery arrives the following week.

How much does it cost to rent a photo booth in Mérida?
It depends on the service, the hours and whether prints are included. Message us on WhatsApp with your event date and venue and we'll send you our catalog with packages. Prices do not include Mexican VAT (IVA), which is added for invoiced payments or bank transfers.
Do you work conferences and corporate events?
Yes. We work conferences, conventions, trade shows, product launches and brand activations. We customize the design with your brand identity, can combine several services at one event, and issue Mexican tax invoices. Share the date, venue and approximate attendance and we'll prepare a proposal.
Can I add my brand's logo to the photos?
Yes. Every package includes a custom design. Using your logo, colors, invitation or event theme, we send one or two design options to choose from or adjust, and once approved we load it onto the equipment. We need your materials at least 10 days before the event.
How do guests get their photos?
During the event, each guest shares their photos or videos instantly to their phone. The full gallery is delivered by link the following week and stays available for one month to download. The Portrait Station, Glam Cam and Spinner 360 include a gallery; the Ticket Photobooth is prints only.
How much space does a photo booth need?
1.5 × 1.5 m for the Glam Cam, Ticket Photobooth and La Garra; 2 × 2 m for the Spinner 360; and 2 × 3 m for the Portrait Station. In every case we need power within 3 meters and a covered area protected from rain and sun.
How many people fit in a photo?
The Glam Cam and Ticket Photobooth fit 1 to 5 people. The Portrait Station fits up to 10, ideal for group shots. On the Spinner 360, up to 3 people can be on the platform at once, for safety and so the video looks its best.
Does setup time count toward my booked hours?
No. Setup and teardown are separate from your service hours; we just need access to the venue ahead of time. The client is responsible for informing the venue about our booking and arranging any access, setup and operating permissions.
Do you travel outside Mérida?
We serve Mérida, Yucatán. Events outside the city's ring road (Periférico) include a travel fee quoted by location and shown in your proposal. Beyond our usual area, service depends on availability and prior confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your date is confirmed. Dates are held only with a 50% deposit, first come, first served, and peak season fills up fast. The balance is due no later than one week before the event.
Do you bring props?
No. We don't use props or accessories in any of our services. We prefer the focus to be on your guests, the light and the custom design of each event.
